These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking of mehndi services through Abhishek Mehandi Art.

1. Service Overview

We offer mehndi design services, which can be booked online through our website form. After form submission, a team member will call or message you to confirm the booking.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed via a call or WhatsApp conversation.

  • After confirmation, you will be asked to make an advance payment to our bank account or UPI wallet.

  • This advance amount is mandatory to lock your slot and assign an artist.

3. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

  • Once the advance payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances — including customer cancellation, no-show, or change of plans.

  • A customer can cancel their booking request before the booking is confirmed. In such cases, no advance payment will be required.

  • Once a booking is confirmed by our team through call or WhatsApp, the customer is required to make an advance payment.

  • After confirmation, if the customer chooses to cancel the booking for any reason, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the booking process.

  • Be available at the confirmed time and location.

  • Inform us in advance if any changes are needed.

  • Respect the time and efforts of our mehndi artists.

5. Service Conditions

  • We use natural, homemade mehndi, free from harmful chemicals.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen issues like weather, emergencies, or staff unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any allergic reactions (though rare).

  • Delays caused by traffic or uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Website downtime or form errors due to technical issues.

7. Content Usage

All photos, text, and blog content on the site are owned by Abhishek Mehandi Art unless otherwise mentioned. Reproduction or commercial use is not allowed without written permission.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms or our services at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
